Established for over 50 years ago, Metal Assemblies Ltd has a proud and successful history. Privately owned, the firm has enjoyed great success in recent years and now employ over 100 people in a modern plant less than 2 miles from Junction 2 of the M5. Our central location gives easy access to the U.K’s main industrial regions and ports.
Metal assemblies has a strong ethos of working closely and in partnership with customers. This means that we are often asked to advise on manufacturing feasibility of a component at the design stage.
The trend over recent years has been for customers to demand a completed component or a sub-assembly rather than a single pressing and this has led to us introducing many new processes and equipment to ensure we can meet these customers demands.
This has meant continual investment which has consequently given us a competitive edge in all of the activities we undertake. Our flexibility enables us to react quickly to customers requirements whether that is for rapid prototyping or to adapt to unforeseen changes in demand.
Our bespoke computer system enables us to offer the type of logistics service typically demanded by a first tier OEM supplier.
Delivery schedules can be accepted by methods such as EDI and call-in links. We offer Kan-Ban and Line-Side delivery if required and can offer management of our own stock at customers facilities.
