Capacity/Manufacture
Phoenix have been designing & manufacturing Bihler tooling for over 30 years. As the demand for more complex parts has increased, Phoenix continually invests in the latest CAD & simulation software. Once design is complete, tools are manufactured using our state of the art machining facilities.
Try-outs, commissioning & 1st batch runs can be carried out in our GRM50 press. Alternatively commissioning can be carried out on site at the customers premises. Full services include Press tool consultancy and both small or large batch runs, 3D tool design and simulation, press toll repairs and modifications, laser cutting and punch press services, CMM services, machining in 2D and 3D wire eroding.
