Power System Services is a global manufacturer and supplier of air preheater baskets, gas/gas heater baskets and associated equipment.
Power System Services’ primary market is in the power generation industry where we supply a complete overhaul and maintenance package for regenerative air and gas preheaters. This includes the manufacture of spares such as air preheater element baskets, radial and axial seals and other performance enhancements which reduce leakage. This service is offered worldwide to fossil fuel stations.
We have a large modern fabrication facility in Chesterfield with over 40,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space. Our skilled workforce have experience of a large variety of fabrications including structural steelwork, walkways, ducting, lifting frames, handrails, conveyors, tanks, hoppers etc. Our factory facilities include CNC drilling, punching and bending machines, profile cutting and all other standard fabrication equipment. We offer laser cutting services at our local separate factory “Power System Laser Cutting Services” where we have a 5KW machine with a 4m x 2m cutting bed.
We also provide maintenance and installation plus plant relocation services. For example, we recently completed the installation of a HRSG boiler in Manchester, U.K.
