In episode 2, we speak with Carl Swann, General Manager for Ram Pumps about fine tuning processes that were already in place to keep production running.

Carl discusses how the existing setup of the production floor worked to the team’s advantage when it came to making amends to operations. He also spoke of the necessity of communication and keeping staff well-informed throughout.
